Prostate cancer usually grows slowly. Therefore, most older men with prostate cancer do not die any sooner than men without prostate cancer. They generally die from other health problems before their prostate cancer can kill them.

The chance of dying from prostate cancer depends on the stage and grade of the cancer when it is diagnosed. Men who are treated for prostate cancer that hasn’t spread outside the prostate can expect to live as long as other men their age.

About 13% of men with prostate cancer that hasn’t spread beyond the prostate (TMN staging T1 or T2 or Gleason score 2 to 7) die within 10 years of the diagnosis 2.

There is no convincing evidence that treating prostate cancer that hasn’t spread improves the man’s survival significantly more than does watchful waiting alone. More study is being done on this question, but the results will not be available for several years.

Younger men diagnosed with prostate cancer who are otherwise healthy have a greater chance of eventually dying of the cancer. Aggressive treatment with the goal of curing the cancer may be appropriate for them. Survival rates are good if the cancer has not spread outside the prostate.

In some cases, prostate cancer may spread (metastasize) outside the prostate into the surrounding tissues, pelvic lymph nodes, and eventually spread into the bones, lungs, or other organs.

Men who have cancer that has spread outside the prostate gland into surrounding tissues but has not spread to distant organs (Jewett system stage C or TMN system T3 to T4) are unlikely to be cured. Younger men with this advanced cancer often die from the cancer. However, the time before this happens is highly variable and may be up to 5 years or longer. Therefore, older men may die of other health problems before the cancer can kill them.

Cancer that is detected after it has spread outside the prostate gland into the lymph nodes or the bones (Jewett system stage D or TMN system stage N1 to N3 or any M) cannot be cured, and survival rates are poor. Most men live 1 to 3 years after this diagnosis, and die from the cancer. However, a few men may survive many years, even with advanced cancer.

People may safely, easily purchase discount propecia without rx on the online pharmacy. Generic Finasteride is used to treat male pattern baldness and benign prostatic hyperplasia

A specific genetic mutation is the leading cause of congenital inherited deafness in the midwestern US, according to researchers.

“These data support the future use of a genetic test… to identify (newborns) with heritable congenital hearing impairment,” report Dr. Glenn E. Green and colleagues at the University of Iowa, in Iowa City. Their findings were published last week in The Journal of the American Medical Association.

About 1 in every 1,000 children are born with severely impaired hearing or total deafness. Experts have assumed that much of this congenital deafness is genetic, but until recently there has been little means of identifying specific genetic abnormalities associated with deafness.

In their study, the Iowa researchers examined rates of one such abnormality — a defect in the GJB2 gene — in 52 Iowa children with congenital deafness and 560 children with normal hearing.

They report that the GJB2 mutation “was found in 18 (35%) of 52 (deaf children).” The gene was also present in more than half of families with more than one child born deaf or hearing-impaired.

Based on these findings, the authors believe that “mutations in GJB2 are the most common cause of moderate-to-profound congenital inherited deafness in the midwestern United States.” Since their findings are similar to those found elsewhere in the nation and internationally, GJB2 defects may, in fact, be the leading cause of inherited deafness worldwide.

Many parents of deaf children do not notice their child’s disability until well into his or her development. The Iowa authors suggest that genetic tests aimed at identifying the GJB2 defect may be useful in conjunction with audiometric screens to identify newborns with inherited hearing impairment. These tests could help identify deafness as early as possible, giving parents a chance to prepare for the special needs of their child, and may also assist genetic counseling.

It’s achievable and has been since ancient times. Don’t delay in learning how to enjoy multiple orgasms.

It may be hard to believe, but men can get multiple orgasms too. If you are willing to dedicate some time to it, you will learn what many females already have. Men are capable of getting off multiple times and it is sad with the amount of information available today, more people are still unaware of this fact.

How are multiple male orgasms defined? Let’s begin with what they are NOT: achieving an erection, keeping it up awhile, ejaculating. It is a common misconception that male “orgasm” and “ejaculation” are the same thing. That isn’t the truth. Multiple Male Orgasms are not accomplished simply by ejaculating, as the two are not exactly the same thing. However, a lot of men don’t understand this and they don’t think about finding out.

I want to make this perfectly clear. I am talking about multiple orgasms, not multiple ejaculations. If that’s what you are interested in, consult with your physician to see if pills are okay for you.

Now let’s identify the five parts of natural male arousal which are excitement, plateau, orgasm, ejaculation and resolution. It is necessary to realized that the Orgasm point and the Ejaculation point (even though it is close) are different.

The Process

The Excitement Stage – This is characterized by vasocongestion, erection, elevated heart rate, partial elevation of the testes, and size increase (Tumescence), and nipple erection.

The Plateau Phase – This is indicated by a gradual increase in the size of the penis and testicles, total testicle elevation, a purple tinge on the corona, and Cowper’s gland drippings.

The Orgasm Stage – To be upfront, it’s the moment we are all familiar with and adore. At that point, the sperm and other fluids are expelled from the vas deferens, seminal vesicles and prostate gland. This results in the accumulation of seminal fluid at the base of the urethral bulb near the prostate. Next, myotonia (or muscle rigidity) occurs, just prior to the release of tension. During this stage, you will experience slight tingling, signaling you that the moment you have been waiting for has arrived.

The Ejaculation Stage – Here the prostate, perinial muscles, and penile shaft contract rhythmically, propelling the semen outward. Concurrently, there is a slight clouding of consciousness. The body has entered the refractory stage.

The Resolution Stage – Here the erection is lost, the testes descend and the scrotum thins. The myotonia and vasocongestion also reverse.

So how can multiple male orgasms be achieved?

Now, when you let go of your sperm, your body sends hormones out saying that the mission is accomplished, so the penis doesn’t have to remain firm and the blood flow returns to other parts of the body. This is known as the refractory period. If you don’t ejaculate you won’t get soft.

But how can I prevent ejaculating my sperm?

This is when the pubococcygeal muscle, also known as the pelvic floor muscle, or “PC muscle” becomes important. You already know its existence if you have ever tried to hold back while urinating. If you attempt to halt the flow and it is hard for you, then your PC muscle is weak. If this happens to you, you will have to exercise your PC muscle to make it more powerful in order to achieve multiple orgasms. It should feel like the contents inside your pelvis is being pulled inside when you squeeze or contract your PC muscle. All that has to do with MMO relies on possessing incredible control over this muscle. When it has been found (usually it is easy to find when urinating), you can do exercises any place, without anybody being aware of it. If you strengthen this muscle, it is possible to remain totally in control, allowing you to have two, three or even four orgasms before you reach your final climax.

So I located the muscle and it is strengthened; then what?

Do you remember the point of no return? This doesn’t have to be the case. The secret to having Multiple Male Orgasms is to approach the point of climax and then, just before the big moment, use that muscle. This is the reason that it is critical to distinguish between an orgasm and ejaculation.

Will these orgasms be as great as a complete finish?

They will not; however, you’ve just experienced double or triple what is normally expected and you still can go on and complete the act.

What can I do if my pubococcygeal muscle is not very strong?

Now here is the enjoyable part: Practice doing it while masturbating. Avoid any distractions by being alone. Concentrating on breathing can assist in finding the PC muscle. Thinking about your breathing can help you pay attention to your body so you will realize when ejaculation is about to happen. Each time you arouse yourself, locate your limit and get closer to it every time. Approach the Event Horizon, and when you are near, relax and back off from that. Every time you do it, exercise your PC muscle. Every time you will get closer. See how strong you are when you go past it. It may not quite work the first few tries, but you still had fun so don’t worry.

Can it be compared to riding a bike and when I know the procedure for MMO, will it last a lifetime?

Absolutely not. You have to keep the muscle strong. Like other muscles, if it isn’t used, it loses strength. If you develop it, have a sexual relationship for several months, break up and then do not have another relationship for awhile, you will have to keep in shape during your break in sexual activity.

Enjoy this new skill. Rather than just assuming that you are hot in bed, I recommend that you read the Kama Sutra (either online summaries or a book) or study Chakras and how they can relate to sex. You would hate to erroneously believe that you are a real stud, when in reality, your partner is faking it, and you are extending the session for a longer time than he/she would like. Remember that this has been recommended in Tao and other Eastern practices for hundreds of years, so it is thought to be safe. However, if any unusual side effects should occur, stop using this method.

Since men’s physical and mental wellness decline with age, they may become afflicted with various degrees of erectile problems along the way. These tips may be useful for men whose problem is mainly psychological. If the problem is medical, however, then new surgery procedures and therapies may be considered as a way to regain your physical wellness.

Exactly what are these 15 steps to a better intimate life?

1. Lessen the scariness of the sexual experience. Avoid worrying too much about your erectile problems.
2. Inject a little variety into your romance. Check into a hotel room for a special evening. Get some sexy new undergarments for your wife. Don’t make sex into just another daily routine.
3. Frequently, stress is a big part of poor sexual performance. Be sure you sleep soundly at night, and look for ways to relax during the day.
4. A main source of sexual discontent is marital or relationship problems. You should strive to avoid accusations when verbalizing your emotions.
5. Don’t be afraid to talk about your sex preferences with your partner.
6. Prior to sex, do not have any alcohol because it will impair your sexual functioning.
7. Remember to have confidence in yourself in order to have a successful sexual experience.
8. Getting support and involvement from your sex partner can lead to fewer sexual difficulties.
9. There is no reason to feel ashamed or guilty about sexual difficulties. This is not a sign of abnormality.
10. Educate yourself with instructive reading matter on the subject of sex. Often they provide helpful insights into the problem.
11. Penis size isn’t the only issue or even the main one. Being creative with your sex life will add to its enjoyment.
12. Fantasizing while with your partner can raise your libido level.
13. Self-stimulation can be employed to relieve stressful feelings about sexual performance.
14. You shouldn’t have trepidation about seeking treatment from an expert, like a sex therapist.
15. Consider Viagra. Composed of citrate salt of sildenafil, Viagra is a pill which has established its capability for treating an array of health conditions.
